for some reason my refresh rate is lower on this rez idk why

doesn’t this make ur sens higher from the native resolution, that is is a problem for me. on 0.1 sens on 1920 x 1080 my sens feels fine, but when i change my resolution to another resolution my sens gets a lot higher. do you know a fix?
