I think you missed one thing. 5 times daily prayer with proper discipline, including sunna and nawafil will do wonder for Muslims specifcually

Im shocked, thay you would recommend dexa scans to everyone given your edication. It has the same anount of radiation as an x-ray which is not much but your doing it every 6 friggin months that screams of OCD just get a scale track your weight use calipers for body fat way safer.

Hey Ali broski....serious question. I started my channel by traveling to Russia. I thought it would be controversial and sensational and I should gain some attention but I got no subs and no views (almost). But besides traveling, I got multiple streams of incomes. I like to talk about how to make money, how to save money, what jobs make more money and I follow finanical news 24/7 and I like to analyze and discuss financial news too. Should I open another channel for that like "Vinny GL - Finance / money" or I can just mix travel and all other things together for now? I only have 20 vids and it shouldnt matter?

Some things I learnt about Protein intake the other day from a Zoe podcast episode interviewing Christopher Gardner (episode - Protein: are you getting enough
- 0.8 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight accounts for the worst case person. So everyone gets more than enough protein from a normal healthy diet.
- We can't store excess protein in our body like we can with fat or carbs. So we turn it into excess in to energy or store it as fat.
- For increasing muscle mass and being told we need to up our intake of protein by say 0.8 grams to 1 gram per kg of bodyweight - Christopher says think of it like trying to increase your body weight by 25%.

It's a good episode and it really put things into perspective when there has been all this messaging about needing more protein.

FYI, DEXA scans are not very accurate in measuring visceral fat. The fluctuations you are seeing from scan to scan could just be random error. An MRI would be much more accurate

It is funny how nowadays (in the last 2 years) everyone (corporate media) has become “super concerned” about cardiovascular issues, myocarditis, and problems with the heart, even though most of the people having these issues are people with less than 40 years old and generally healthy.

but even funnier is how no one (even Ali who is not mainstream media) do not even dares to address the big elephant in the room 💉that even the CDC already reported is responsible for creating problems in the heart.

Intaking 40-50g of protein during one sitting with that protein shake is not optimal. You body can only absorb up to +/- 30g of protrein in one sitting. Most or almost all protein powder supplement have this written on the packaging. Just to inform anyone and @Ali Abdaal for the future :)

Recently I had an interesting thought. We have so much knowledge available to us on the internet. There is so much stuff on the internet that you can find for free and benefit from it. But unfortunately there are so much lies on the internet. So it's hard to discern the truth from lies. And tbh, a lot of the knowledge on the internet doesn't really benifit you or it just consists of lies. However, I think that Ali is an honest and hardworking man who tells the the truth and gives us so much knowledge that we can benifit from. He gives us realistic expectations for all his methods to success and is honest on how much work it will actually take to achieve things. Keep up the great work. 💪🏻💪🏻💰
