I have had poop change of colour ( yellowish) and tiredness . Could this be due to too much exercise ?
I have recently started weigh training again and I do yoga . I trained every day last week plus on a couple of days I did two sessions .
Just doing a simple 30 min walk and im completely exhausted.

ОтветитьWhat do you do for adrenal fatigue if I can't tolerate herbal adaptogens (rhodiola, ginseng, etc.?) I currently take zoloft and it seems to have a negative reaction, affecting mood, sleep, and GI system.

ОтветитьDr Berg, thank you so much for all your video's. I always get very tired after a workout and have to sleep a day or two to recover. This wasn't always like this. After a surgery for a nerf stuck in my back. Does it have to do with it? I have cut my intensity and time of training almost till zero. But I'll cut more. Thnx again. You're my hero.
ОтветитьYeah...been on keto and IM for 2 months and lost 35 lbs. Some days I have great energy while exercising and some days 15 minutes in I'm dragging. I'm eating my greens and veggies, getting my fats so I'm not hungry while fasting. I can't pinpoint what it is.
ОтветитьWhen doing the 12 week challenge at the gym, I would train for 3 hours x 4 times a week. I would come home, and crash on the floor with a pillow under my head and sleep or rest for 1-2 hours. I thought I was not training enough to drop the weightt. All the other people doing the challenge with me dropped like 20-26 KG's over the 12 weeks. I dropped 1 KG. yes 1 KG. I was so pissed with myself.
That is when I had to go on the journey why for the 1st time in my life I could not drop weight.
Dating a narcissistic girl for 8 months and mum was dieing at the same time. Every night I would be in hospital with mum until 10:30 pm. after work. I thought I was a strong man, but that is what set off my adrenals. And it';s been a hell of a struggle since . that was 3 1/2 years ago,
the weight gain of 20kg's, does my head in and I think I will never drop this weight. I';m scared to go back to the gym, lost all my muscle. I feel VERY deflated.
Dr. Berg, can you do a video on exactly the amounts of salt, potassium, and whatever other electrolytes are needed to be supplemented on a keto diet to keep muscle spasms and other issues at bay?

Tinnitus is stinking loud esp in despair moments.
I have a few symptoms of adrenal fatigue, but not most of them. I feel GREAT after a very hard exercise and I have virtually never felt sore in my life. I can work out so hard, that I cannot hardly wash my own hair, because my arms won't lift, I worked out so hard, and yet, I probably do not feel soreness later. It is extremely rare for me to ever feel sore.

My 5 years old daughter had post-birth Fungus infection in the hospital and it really made things very bad. I used homeopath, Nutrition, she is OK, still skinny and not gaining enough weight, 5 kg less than normal.

ОтветитьDr Berg...are there any remedies to cyst that form on armpits and private area. A family member has bad 2 or three cysts (lumps) that form in his armpits and Dermatologists told him that its hair follicles covered by extra skin among other things. I believe there has to be a natural way of curing this issue. ANY ideas? Also he has skin issues (acne like) in his upper back as well. I look forward to your response. Thank you sir.
Ответить...Actually having "Hypothyroid" will have the same symptoms (tiredness,soreness and flu like feelings) after exercising as Adrenal Fatigue does!

ОтветитьI want to know more about how exercise can effect the mood right after your workout. Because my mum can alway tell if i have worked out today. She says immidiately after i am a different person, very talkative and happy. But i don't feel it in my body. I dont feel hyper. But my mood greatly improves and it lasts me for hours. So i wobder if your hormones can change because of exercise and if its anything out of the ordinary?

Ответитьi would like to know about the bodys ability to „save“ carbs as glycogen and still be in ketosis. e.g. i can only workout fasted because of my digestion. so i would go for a high intensity crossfit workout and have a fruitmeal afterwards( 80-100 gr. of carbs) and then over the day maybe 30-40 additional gr. of vegetable carbs. will there be enough carbs in my system to work out the next morning on the same intensity?
