I have a home office and yes, a standing desk is indeed a game changer. I stand some and sit some and it's so much better on your body (as well as productivity). Just make sure that you're working ergonomically, especially when you're sitting so you don't end up with carpal tunnel or pain in your shoulders from hunching.
