ОтветитьI've made this recipe and it is a good one. Nice thought-out video. The ONLY thing I did differently was not to add the salt when whipping the yolks. Salt reduces the foaming of the yolks. So I added the salt in with the flour mixture...Just a small change that adds a tad more volume. Just my .02.

Hi,your ingredients shared state milk 50g..but in your video I watched it at repeated times did not see you add any milk in.Why the different knowledge shared here?

ОтветитьHi, i made swiss rolls twice, but still didn't get good results as in texture. I have questions if you don't mind answering
1. Did you use top and bottom heat for the oven or no?
2. What makes some of the skin sticks to the baking paper? How do you prevent it?
3. How long will this last in fridge temperature?
4. First time i made this, it turns out to be very airy & dry, but yours looks dense, soft and moist. What mistake did i probably made?
