I have recently discovered listerine (I use the cool mint) heals the sores very quickly. You need to keep a pinch of a probiotic in your mouth to keep some good bacteria in it.

HONEY. That’s the most effective way I have found. Pure honey on the sore for 1 - 2 minutes once a day for 3 days. Takes the pain away and clears it up soooo much quicker.

I guess that explains the giant canker sore at the back of my throat. All i eat is spicy food. I throw carolina reaper hot sauce and powder and the actual pepper in most stuff i cook. When they said avoid spicy food my heart sank 💔
