When you become vegan, with the intent of not hurting any sentient being ever again, you get off the wheel of karma and start living in dharma. It only becomes obvious once you become vegan and you get a major frequency/consciousness boost, however. It then becomes obvious that unless you stop hurting sentient beings you won't stop being hurt. At that point, you stop aging (if you've done the other internal work as well). I hope one day to meet this amazing woman and eat some of her food!

I’m 47. She looks awesome, but not my age. She looks older than me. And yes, I’m also vegan.

It just feels like everyone that’s older and look great is automatically referred to as looking like their 40. I don’t know why this makes me feel weird. Someone had a picture of someone that looked like she was about 85 and used her as a representation of someone in their 50s. I’m trying to understand what you guys think 40 and 50 year olds look. Yes, genetics and health (food, exercise, and lifestyle), but come now.

That is not a 40yr.old Neck it looks like a 60 yr.old neck.I am 80 and no one can ever figure out my age .All my life I've looked yrs younger I remember at 16yrs of age I asked my Mom if she made a mistake on my birth certificate.

I don't eat mammals but you realize those cows literally wouldn't exist were it not for the meat and dairy industries, right? The cows we have in the US aren't "natural" cows. They were created specifically for those industries.

"Vegan" is an old Indian word for "Bad Hunter".

The Japanese eat much seafood and have the lowest level of heart problems. Vegan is cool, but items from the sea/ocean are more potent as far as health. Nothing particularly wrong with a seafood diet. Vegan proteins are quite processed.

Fun fact, our bodies consist of mostly 70% water and our cells are literally water based molecules. Fruits and veggies contain yhe most water based nutrition you can find and when you eat it...Well watch the magic happen. Others will disagree that WE need meat in our diets but clearly not
