In regards to your tip number two,; I'd like to add something for the listeners out there. This is also a known tactic to get you to essentially lie or at least discredit you when it comes time for you to testify. Because said officer can say I have you on record going back and forth telling me this story then another and then another so are you lying now on the stand under oath? Or when were you lying? Cops have a hard job. But if you don't know if it's your man, don't resort to these sorts of tactics! It's antithetical to the definition of your duties and the oath to the Constitution which is obligatory for any person who carries a gun with a badge and is entitled to qualified immunity.

Sometimes the way that officers have to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt using evidence does allow dangerous criminals to remain on the street. And that is frustrating as a civilian and I'm sure as a civil servant. But there's a very good reason that's how it's set up. It's not because we want rapists and murders on the street, it's because without such safeguards, we could all be found guilty of basically anything when what really happened is you upset your neighbor and they made some wild accusation or you looked at a certain cop the wrong way... So yes unfortunately they do resorts in such tactics but there are good reasons for it. Unfortunately not all cops or investigators are looking for the guilty party they're looking for convictions. Feathers in their cap, if you will.

I definitely know that everything that you said was absolutely right.
... Except when you said to absolutely "stop" talking to the Police when they start asking you questions.
Example ; You absolutely refuse to say anything to them, and then they might say, "O.k., we gave you your chance to tell your side of the story, but now you aren't talking, so now we are going to have to take their side of the story".
...Then they arrest you.
They will also arrest you out of retaliation for not talking to them, even citing "obstruction of lawful procedures" (I know that would be a false arrest also).
...I talk minimal to them, and.I make certain to give them absolutely nothing that they can use.

Everyone please do this. When you hear a cop command in your video and question it...... just go to Google the little microphone and ask, "Is stop and frisk legal in Arizona." ... Google will tell you your state law, period. Try it.

I was military police; I got in trouble one time… okay a few times, but this one time they were like “hey buddy” “we’re gonna take care of you” very minor offense… I thought this is my friends; they threw the book at me because I talked; years later I was in major trouble; I lawyered up and all charges dropped!!! Always lawyer up even if it’s court appointed and if they try to guilty plea you; stick to your 💪🏾 guns/guts and get a better attorney through a church or something else… always lawyer up!!!

There is no situation SO Bad that the police can't make worse. Uvalde- 400 hundred "supposed" good guys with over 1000 guns were too frightened by ONE bad guy with One gun. But they think they are Tough shit making bullying traffic stops in their full battle gear. The politicians will fix the problem by giving the police More guns and power and us less rights.

Common Law is better. Maritime/Statuatory Law/Incorporated Gvt (the result of a Fraudulent 41st Congress) are deceptive, immoral by legal ease & acknowledged falsehoods, and repulsive to God, We The People, and to Sovereigns. We call out the fraud as repugnant to the original Constitution For (Yes I said For, not using "Of") America. Nothing bit treason. I am happy to appear before any Supreme Court providing this brief as a Levite. Further, Common Law is superior as it represents the will of the masses over the few who financially benefit from deceit. Generals you are to publically "understand" or face tribunals.

The Supreme Court is wrong on matters regarding the 5th Amendment just because they say something and take your silence and use it against you that’s illegal under constitutional law and tyrannical. If we the people who are citizens we have the right to remain silent we don’t have to say or even speak a thing.

I had a situation like the one you mentioned here happen to me years ago!
I came home late one night & my wife informed me that a detective from the city called & wanted to talk to me. I returned the call & he asked if I would be willing to come down & answer some questions concerning an investigation he was conducting. (He never told me I was the one being invested.) I complied. After I arrived & spent some time with him, he did, later tell me I was under investigation & why.
I left the meeting shortly after, without answering anything in detail & being very cautious due to the fact I knew my rights & I knew they could legally lie to me.
I contacted an attorney the next day that told me not to talk to them again without him being present. He wanted to wait & see if they came up with charges. He also said that if they wanted me to take a lie detector test, the answer is NO! (They are not admissible in court.)
They later called & did ask me to do so! I declined after telling them I was advised by an attorney.
A few days later, I was informed by phone by the detective that they were dropping the investigation. They gave me no reasons why & I didn't ask for any. I am assuming that it was because they didn't have any evidence.
My attorney told me that that was what he was waiting to see & they were to charge me with something, that that is when things on his end would move.
I have learned NOT TO EVER trust the police! If I was ever to practice as an attorney, it would be as a defense lawyer! There are more crooked cops & prosecutors than most folks realize.
The System doesn't always work! It is often abused by those within it!
I appreciate these videos. They will do a lot of good if people heed the advice.
Thank you for the effort you put forth. Good attorneys like you are hard to find these days. I've had the privilege to know two or three!

Ask the police if they have a locker room, if they say yes, ask if they have locks on their lockers, if they say yes, ask them why, their answer is usually so no one steals anything, so then say why are you working with a bunch of thieves ?

What works for us is to realize anyone associated with government are actual snakes that intend on biting us. They are predators, not protectors. Government and police have one agenda, get a little money now, or put them in jail, and then get all their money, long term, and get tax payer money to profit off jail time.
