The simple solution to this is that an honest person from public should come forward and play the same game of making hero and villain in establishment. I know this needs a lot of efforts but considering the technique of establishment, they mostly failed in international diplomacy. Ideology here would be that the person would not to be a puppet but make decisions for the education and welfare of citizens of Pakistan. The game of chess is played like that not where soldiers decide the fate of war.
