ОтветитьHey, I have a funny story about this video! Back in March of this year, I joined the gym and during my first week, I experienced back pain. I searched for exercises to relieve it and stumbled upon this particular video. I followed along, and my pain vanished instantly!
Later, I stopped going to the gym but recently rejoined. Unfortunately, the back pain returned. So, I decided to find that helpful video again, but I couldn't remember Chris' name. After scrolling for a while, I typed "workout by the guy with the neck tattoo" 😂😂😂. Finally, I found your name and the video! Thanks, buddy, keep up the good work!
It's important to determine the root cause of your lower back pain before doing any exercise as some exercises may contribute to your pain depending on the root cause of your lower back pain.

ОтветитьCool, l’m gona try this! I used to do pillates on a fitness ball targeted for the lower back, that worked well for me too. Btw l’ve trown my back out about 4 or 5 times now over 20 years, last one was 3 months ago so l need those back targeted excercises! Thanks for sharing 🙏

Chronic back pain for over 5 years and am told lower back exercises will compound this if my core is weak, but am also told I need to strengthen the lower back in conjunction with core. What is the solution? Hopefully someone will answer this!

Jacked up my back really bad training for mountain warfare school (im in the army) Ive been scared to even bend down to tie my shoes cause of how horrifying it was when i injured myself. ОтветитьI did these when I was injured because of mistake in deadlift. I could not get up or walk and I was scraed as hell that maybe I broke my back. But immediately the Physiotherapist said start doing Superman lifts, and all the exercise that you do later and now my back is way stronger now.
