I feel like one key point omitted was putting cards back into the deck to draw again, Phil drawing his deck is only 99 cards not 100 :^

Why no one play that sphinx that wheels you on every spell cast.

Idk if I like the rules they used for the win con. Phil drew from an empty library, thus losing the game. If there were 12 cards in Phil's library, then I'd say Phil would win prior to losing, just managing to draw your deck seems like a miss if the whole episode is called "draw 100 cards"!

I was hoping you'd actually have to draw 100 cards, rather than play 100-cards' worth of draw effects. Then there'd be creativity in putting your graveyard back into your library, counterplay by milling your opponents, and just more creativity overall than just everyone playing the best draw spells in the format.

He didn't draw 100 cards. there has to be a rule where you have to shuffle cards back or something otherwise why make the rule. Rule might as well be first to empty their deck and then draw the last one.

Aw. I was kinda hoping this would be actually "draw 100 cards", not "draw your library", because that would have required to somehow get more cards into your library.

The title is a bit misleading, they didn't draw 100 cards. Should've shuffled the hand / graveyard back to the library and draw some more to get to a 100.

Very first commander i thought of was U/W Heliod. I wonder if they pregame banned it, it seems busted in a format where everyone is trying to draw. I think thats why it sees play in cedh, since everyone is on rhystic gameplans.

Trying to understand why Seth is playing an Orzhov land (shadowy backstreets) in a Jeskai/America deck. Is the "Shadowy Backstreets" supposed to be a proxy for a Boros, Azorius, or Izzet surveil land? Because it has a black mana symbol making it not fit his color identity.

I also agree with what someone else said, it was never clearly stated that "drawing from empty deck counts". Kinda defeats the purpose as you aren't ACTUALLY drawing anything. Phil should not have won here and should've had to shuffle cards back in his deck

God, thats so annoying, I want to see the card draw strats, not people trying to play a normal game of commander. If I wanted to watch that I would go watch a normal commander game

I just built a azami lady of scrolls deck, it's basically wizard tribal with little of the annoying blue mechanics. Try to draw yourself out before people catch on to knock you out. It's VERY fun to play, 10/10 do recommend. (Play clinquant skymage, it's very good in this deck)

Starting this up I was thinking, if Seth doesn't win THE CARD DRAWING GAME this by a landslide we riot. lol.

I'm guessing there was a rule 0 conversation of not playing any kind of enchantress deck since they are decking out constantly even without such win condition :D

Would wheel effects like Arjun, the shifting flame count to this? I mean he makes you draw every spell, and with Teferi's ageless Insight, you would be drawing double your handsize every spell played.
