I would.recommend Stephen King, Ursula K LeGuin, Joey Vimsante, Arthur C Clarke and TIm Schooch.

2.Rendezvous with Rama by Arthur C. Clarke
3.The Long way to small, angry planet by Becky chambers.
4. Dark Matter by Blake Crouch.
5. Sleeping Giants
by Sylvain Neuvel
6. Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton
7. Old Man's War
by John Scalzi
Two books I recommend to all is A THOUSAND SPLENDID SUNS and AND THE MOUNTAINS ECHOED by Khaled Hosein . His way of storytelling is just fabulous. These two r not science fiction btw. But u should read the former one once in life .

There are lots of wonderful si fi series... I don't get it, making videos on only books which are famous already and widely known, point of making such videos should be to introduce viewers to new books of similar genre..

The Martian, 2001 A space Odyssey. Do Androids dream of electric sheep. Would be my additions to the above list. Then check out Project Hail Mary. Sci Fi is such fun.
Hard sci fi
Ted Chiang and Three body problem are great as well.
I would also recommend books written by Arthur Clarke and Philip Dick. Clarke's Childhood's end and Rendezvous with Rama were really captivating. Likewise books of Philip Dick like Do Androids dream of electric sheep, Man in the high castle were quite interesting.
