I spent a summer in Texas coaching wakeboarding. This film looks like it may have been recorded on the lake I was on, Lake Lewisville and Old lake Dallas. I wonder if Richie is still boarding down there. It was great times going out with them. I wish we had a camera crew that was capable of this type of production. We could do all these moves and more. I do like that this video sticks to boarding behind a boat. It seems like the current day wakeboarding is going away from that. I am old school and I am unable to develop any appreciation for parks and the whole wench scene. I do have to admit that the new style really opens things up for people that are creative. When I wakeboarded there was a list of tricks that people were doing. If you could add another 180 rotation to any of those tricks it was a big deal. I guess the sport has progressed for the better. I am just old!

Hey :) I snowboard alot in the winter but i dont wakeboard and i have a question. How old im i supposed to be when i want to wakeboard? :)

Ingredients

Original recipe makes 8 pancakesChange Servings
 
3/4 cup milk
 2 tablespoons white vinegar
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 2 tablespoons white sugar
 1 teaspoon baking powder
 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1 egg
 2 tablespoons butter, melted
 cooking spray

10 mins / COOK / 10 mins
READY IN 25 mins

Directions
Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk egg and butter into "soured" milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
