One of my younger brothers is a heavy drinker and also in the military with me(if u know u know). I fear everyday Im gonna lose him, but I hope he will see that there’s life beyond this addiction that plagues us. Jeremiah if u ever see this, know that we love you.

I never lost someone to overdose...but Ive lost many friends who used drugs and died because of choices😢😢😢its not 1 2 or 3 its far more...from South Africa

my brother overdosed last year on drugs, I visit this song once in awhile as it reminds me of him, I never knew what Tom walker looked liked but this is the first time I’ve seen him perform and he reminds me so much of my brother

I had never heard of Tom Walker until they used this gem on some talent show… Was hoping that the live rendition was as beautiful as the studio version… I was not disappointed AT ALL! This is amazing ❤️

I feel like the first time he sings I will leave the light on should be all chill and calm... and then work up to a hearty blast... doing it right away takes a lot out of it in my opinion you need a good buildup first... just sayin
