Aside the comments all attacking the judge, the root issue was a simple miscommunication/misunderstanding/misinterpretation of the initial question and answer. We all have experience this situation in life via bf, gf, family member, coworker, friend, boss, etc.

To anyone pointing out the timestap is already after 1pm, 02/28/20 was a Friday and they are scheduling for a Monday trial.

Why does the judge want this person there if the trial has not started? It was made clear he can be there if needed so what’s the issue?

No what this tells me is yes there are laws but they make up what’s good for them and this lawyer is text book 📚 meaning his client didn’t have to be there thats what he is for but that judge would power trip if another didn’t do their homework.

I’m confused . The lawyer said his client was going to be there but he wasn’t. He didn’t say he would be there if it was a trial, he said he would be there. Now he says “what I meant” - is he serious? How is the judge the problem if this guy isn’t even disputing what he said?

I've never met an honest/truthful/ or unbiased judge therefore they shouldn't have their positions
