ОтветитьIt's interesting. I'm 58 years old work like a dog outside on my 6.5 acre property. This a past Sunday I spent 4 hours with a chainsaw in my hands cutting, splitting, hauling and stacking wood for winter, but I can't seem to finish a workout video! I guess for me bc there us no visual evidence of all that hard work makes me hate it!😊

ОтветитьDay 1 :- Started this workout today...and reached upto 10 min. My body was shaking.. and sweats a lot. Heart beat are also on the peak level😅

ОтветитьI used to workout and have a physically demanding job. I felt so good, but for the last two and a half years I got a much lower physically demanding job and stopped working out (due to a big move and month long road trip I got out of my routine). Then I got into a super healthy, loving relationship and since all that I've gained 40lbs. It has been so hard to get back into working out remembering how strong, confident and flexible I used to be and feel - I just feel so frustrated and negative every time I try. I'm so happy I've found your video, I feel so accomplished (even though I can't do all the workouts yet and need breaks), it's much easier being softer and forgiving on myself with these workouts.

Ответить1st day - was able to do 8 minutes of work out - did not finish because I got a cramp on my leg but still fighting 💪💪💪

I do this once in while. Sometimes 3-4 times a week. Then take 2-3 weeks long break and get back to it. 3 months of doing that, I've gotten stronger. I can walk for longer, swim longer, climb stairs longer. I also feel fitter. I have a layer of fat on my tummy still but the muscles inside are pretty tight and strong. Don't give up! Come back even if you feel discouraged in the beginning.

Ответитьmy first day of doing this , i’ve set a new goal for myself, i woke up early today i used to go to sleep at 5 AM and wake up at 3 PM , and then i told myself i can do better, i set a goal for myself and wake up early to start my day , set a beginner workout routine for myself, im unemployed at the moment and i haven’t taken care of myself ever since , so today was my day to set an example for myself. I start a workout and which will also improve how i sleep at my bedtime. I followed the whole video , i could do some sets besides blanks and push ups , but if i keep following that each day from today i will have the courage and strength to keep going and work out harder.
