Gogo and O-ren both could've killed Beatrix and died because they made the classic movie villains mistake of monologing or getting too confident. If Gogo had just stuck her sword in the brides ear when she had her pinned, it'd have been done. But of course she had to slowly choke her, giving her a chance to ex machina a piece of wood with nails sticking out of it into her foot, and kill her. Same deal with O-ren. When she managed to slash Beatrix's back and she fell in pain and defeat, she could've spared the "silly little Caucasian girl" speech and just cut her dang head off.
Don't get me wrong. This is one of my favorite films of all time. But to hold a film to a truly high standard, is to avoid cliches like that.

Gogo it's skilled but a kid after all she toyed too much and give the enemy the distance she needs to counter attack, If Gogo trained with Pai Mei she would became much better warrior.

Tarantino have FUN choosing the girls cast.
