Steve nobody talks about incorrect gaskets after a carb rebuild just sorted a mate's Chonda out had more gaskets than sharks have teeth.Turned out the mower only needed the two heavy formed channel breathers. Bad or incorrect carb gaskets display carb problems start n die etc might be worth a bid mate

Ordered new carb.for weed eater for 12.00 dollars got 2 extra prime bulbs new gas line and a spark plug put carb. on run like new

I was thrilled to have it running after sitting for 7 years or so and then it died the next day. Dude, you saved my day! Found out my carb was giving me problems because of the order of the gasket.
Opened it to check and after fixing it, bam! That was the problem

steve, was watching your vidio on common 2 stroke carb problems, I have been trying to find a rebuild kit for a craftsman chain saw but sears does not list one, is there any way to find a rebuild kit for it, THANKS

Check the height of the needle valve tab too , mine was too low and not working properly. !!!

I guess it’d be too much trouble for the manufacturers to just sell these two main parts instead of a complete rebuild kit.

My 10 year old Ryobi blower died so I got an aftermarket new carb for it. That didnt work, so I watched your videos again and swapped out the diaphragm and the meter, and voila! It lives again! Thanks for the good info Steve! It's running a bit fast, so back to watch your video on adjusting it!
