Sad to think that in the end, everything that Eren and his friends have done have all been forgotten, even his grave and thombstone.. And later on, paradis still met destruction like none of the things that happened during Eren's time made sense.

It’s amazing the message of this ending flies over the head of so many of the bullet-headed fans of this series. They literally spelled it out for us:
- Eren’s an idiot who can’t see past his own hatred and desire to level everything
- Human conflict is inevitable but peace is still worth fighting for because the happiness of individuals MATTERS.

But no, people see Eldia getting bombed and say “Eren was RIGHT!” Like his extermination plan woulda changed anything in the grand scheme of things. Yes the coalition was still forming up in the aftermath of the rumbling to defend against Eldia, Yes Eldians government was still ruled by the militarist ultranationalist yeagerists, but they sent the peace envoys to stop that war from happening. And it looks like it worked! Not only were our heroes NOT killed, they lived long lives, as we saw with Mikasa, Jean and their kids. And if the anime is any indication, Eldia enjoyed peace and prosperity for CENTURIES, they were a futuristic society by the time war came to them and who knows what kind government was in charge or the reasons for that war? The point is again, that conflict was inevitable and eventually humanity would fall into war and detestation again, the cycle repeats itself, but people still want to live. To me, It’s a beautiful, bittersweet revelation.

I really want to believe that mikasa didn’t end up with Jean, but for those saying it’s Armin that can’t be possible since Armin was also a titan and would’ve died in a couple years…

There will be no sequel for aot. Isayama had already confirmed that earlier but this scene show that the cycle of hatred will continue the fight will be over when only one human remains .so, it was never the titans but humans😢

I will admit. I thought the first season was great, it had a fantastic story, characters, a world full of mysteries we were desperately looking to solve. And it ends on a cliffhanger.

In my opinion season 2 took way too long, that was the main factor for me at least. That being so, I put it down. I was working and had other responsibilities. But to finally see this show come to its end on its own terms, it’s quite beautiful.

Even if you sacrifice yourself, Eren, the struggle continues... With great love...❤

With Attack on Titan finally having coming to an end, a new anime called MF Ghost has just arrived

Wonder about what exactly people were really disappointed or even angry at the ending or the last chapters in the manga. I remember there was a bit of a drama, Isayama even had to do some extra ending chapter if i am not mistaken. I stopped reading after Eren transformed into the founding Titan and started his move and the others were planing how to stop him , this was a wile ago like 3 years i think . But 8t seems the last couple episodes with the ending and all seems to have been received much better in the anime , I guess the small changes and additions (if any) really made it better .

there is a possibility we will have a sequel for this someday in the future set in a modern day era and politics cause we never saw what happend to the organism if it died. maybe it escaped and went back to the tree. we only saw eren death after all

I haven't passed season 3 so this is surprising to me. If your wondering why I'm here since I haven't even watched anything pass season 3 it's because no matter how many times I deleted videos spoiling this ending others kept coming back. At least I know the titans are gone and civilization still sucks.

personal opinion, I don't like the epilogue. the ending is fine but the stuff afterwards is just extra. I know its the natural progression and very inevitable but I don't want to think about the fact that paradis and shiganshina become super futuristic and is taken down by nuclear war. I want my thinking on this show to end at the end of the characters' arcs. now I'm thinking about everything that came after.

Look the guide book of mikasa, she died without married, she worked in a orphanate and Kazumi Kasa confirmed Mikasa adopted a kid, the flowers in her grave represent virginity, she never throw away the scarf and in the manga, she never pass down the tatoo of her family to her son/daughter, theres big clues who said she married someone, you did not understand it well

Attack on titan has a very cool story and it’s relatable specially with genocide happening in Gaza and the world leaders are just watching
