Doug get the generator to step down voltage and step up amps to charge controller so running it use max output of generator charging the battery bank maybe then 30 mins charging with generator would give another couple days use off grid rather than energy waste only use grid tie powering what you use at time charge a battery with generator better I was going to do this here we get site transformer they heavy 240v to 110v so I was going to do that down to close to 58v they will give think winding so amps up good 👍 and wood gas from wood burner would run the generator to give a free charge wood gas cam rrun a quid bike tractor a car generator anything and plastic 1kg can give 1 liter of deasel fuel real grade like you buy also and then I was going to do winter here burner inside it so cold summer outside heat cools run air conditioning unit in summer maybe a heat pump so do heat and cooling of a wood burner and I know gas powered fridge also so a wood burner make plate attach to wood burner fridge freezer power no ome ever done all this of a wood burner could evem use ouside one with any waste plastic anything add a thunderstorm genetator or GEET system to a gen with it and exhaust gas on fumes ftom flue stack and burning would go ftom toxic to o2 clean air of waste carbon negative try ban that sytem for burning crap puting out cleaner air than came in to it win win

I'm also curious to ask if you think Lithium batteries will be safer in a few years? (referring to some people having trouble with ebike fires and EV lithium caused fires. I like lithium, but this is something I'm worried about where it doesn't seem like lithium has that much better advantage over lead acid batteries yet until this is improved.)

Can do it yourselfers do on grid solar that's battery-less connected to the grid? Or is that usually too much for them? I feel like I've learned so much about off grid closed system solar, such that I'm curious about how much more you'd have to learn or do if you also wanted to do it the other way also?

Our system is up and running. I'm just waiting for the right batteries. We will be 100% off the grid then. Can't wait.

EASY TO INSTALL❤️they’re equipment easy to install dependable equipment the only thing I am lacking is the batteries I’m still using DEEP CYCLE batteries because …….well……. $😢😢700 ++ a battery😳
I contemplate making the move two times a week! And this is simply a back up system for us😳
DOUG ALMOST has me convinced to bite the bullet and get off the GRID😳🤯

This is the worst set up ever! Bought this same system 3 months ago and can’t get it set up because no one is explaining which wire goes where. They sent a big box of different size wires with no instructions! Worst company ever!
