Kent reminds me being a kid we kids would go camping with a old scout leader he would cook like kent . He had a old griddle with two burners on the side out of a restaurant ! He would make breakfast bacon and eggs grits and biscuits and gravy and sometimes pancakes ! We would catch fish he would fry them up with fries hush puppies and coleslaw ! The food was so good but it was him he just treated us like we were young men if we struggled with a issue he showed us how to do it ! Little things that i didn’t know i was a child I remember him sending me out for lighter not i had no idea the the center of a pine tree was full of sap and i brought back more than we could have ever needed at the time it was fun

I did cook this recipe tonight & it was as outstanding as I’d expected it to. The only difference is that I used home made marinara sauce rather than barbecue sauce & it was highly addictive eats.
