I might be wrong but for the second problem, I have found a different solution that gives an answer 15,000.
the manufacturer sells the items @ 25
again, as per the video, we found 1900 items costed him 38,000; thus the cost price of each item is 20.
now, as he has bought 2000 items, it must have costed him 40,000;
presently, he lost half of his items at quality check, so he sells 1000 items @ 25, hence 25,000, is what he earns.
finally, the total loss incurred is (cost of all items he bought @ 20 - total items he could sell @ 25) = 40,000 - 25,000 = 15,000 (ans)
please tell me where did I go wrong...
thank you!
Nice work!
I think in this video you are not fine(health wise)

ОтветитьSir,
In the question of boat and streams. Speed is in kmph and so should the time of 30min and 45 min have to be converted to half an hour and 3/4 hr respectively????????
I just canceled the zeros and then subtracted the highest and lowest number
ОтветитьI think the Answer for the 2nd Question is Wrong. It should be Rs.15000(Loss). The CP that you calculated is for 1900 Items which is Rs. 38000, so according to that CP for 1 item will be Rs. 2000 and Thus for 2000 items CP will be Rs. 40000. Thus Loss will be 40000-25000= Rs. 15000.

ОтветитьShort trick for finding Total No. Of palindrome between 4200 and 19000:-
Since two zeroes are common in both numbers from last so remove these zeroes from the unit and ten place, Now apply subtraction between obtained numbers=
190-42=148
* This short trick only valid when same zeros are common from the last in both numbers....
