It's amazing they went in not knowing what lurked beneath. Could be some huge shark like monsters under there

This is Native Indian grounds the Spanish and Europeans tried to hid after killing us as Native —they bury us in cold temperatures for decades then melt it and use our remains to collect precious jewels, oil and grow healthy rainforest greenery but they will say they brought grass to us???? SMH!!! Boy! Oh boy! The same the did to us in CANADA! GREENLAND ETC; Freeze the territory then melt it —with us beneath it.

Antartica I just checked the temperature its -59 and the closest to south America is -10 I know there is climate change but it's going to take forever to melt the main land mass of Antarctica the ice that makes it to the ocean is melting faster but the land mass it's going to be frozen solid forever

I saw a doco ~40yrs ago which mentioned Antarctica used to be land. It wasn’t the focus of the show, almost said off the cuff. Might’ve been Attenborough, I can’t recall. Was only young.

Global Warming smh <rolling eyes>
If you want to worry about something worry about something real. . .
Something that actually has the power to change the global temperatures significantly and virtually over night. Something like Geology . .
Could you imagine a major volcanic event occurring on Antarctica?
Go buy an EV and see if that does anything to stop real Climate Changes. . .

Who's to say the earth is not simply trying to return its climate to normal? The Antarctic continent, at one time, was a green, thriving rainforest would explain a lot. I hope all the ice melts and we can inhabit this continent one day as it had been thousands of millennia ago.

I bailed the moment it got into "global warming" and "climate change". Because the implication automatically is that its unnatural, human induced, and a bad thing. All of which are radical, progressive political taking points. No thanks
