Can I use a 8145-20 time clock to replace a 8141-20. I know the 8141 has 2 nc contacts but the freezer seems it only needs the cooling and defrost only? It’s a norlake old capsule type WI.
ОтветитьGreat video, but i have a question.
Where does the control voltage go to the contactor? From 4 and n from the defrost timer?
I just lost all my hair watching this. U explained it good but still confusing.
ОтветитьThank you for this video.
When you say, that activated "half of the evaporator fans" and then the "fan delay activates the second half". What do you mean by that? All 3 fans run at lower RPM (half speed) first and later on at full speed? Or does it mean that only half of the fans run first and the other half do not at all but only later are turned on when fan delay has reached 35°F? So, do "half fans" refer to lower RPM speed or only half of the fans are running at first stage?
Thank you. It is great, and easy to understand besides that English is a second language for me.
ОтветитьSo in defrost mode there will be refrigerant in the evaporator coil?
ОтветитьA true professional. Great work
ОтветитьThe outro song was hitting harder than 480V my guy 😂
ОтветитьTHANK YOU SIR

excelente
ОтветитьWhat do you love the burgers???
ОтветитьI love your video learning series but I can’t understand what the hell you song is saying in the beginning I don’t get it
ОтветитьWhat if it don't go to 1 but "n" and " x"
ОтветитьCan't wait till next week I start this topic in school I'm gonna be so happy when I understand it ....
ОтветитьBeautifully explained. So useful
ОтветитьI definitely got the evap side of it but how does the control voltage get to your contactor up top? Am I bringing #4 from my defrost clock up to one side of the coil voltage on my contactor and the other side goes through my low pressure/high pressure switches?
ОтветитьGreat video!!
ОтветитьThis really is great, straight info from a guy who does this everyday.I know really smart people look at this and think so easy, but since I'm not so smart,it seems complex to me.
ОтветитьWhere can I get 240v to power the A421 when converting from mechanical and the defrost clock (terminal 1) is on the condensing unit? Seems only N is always energized. I've been having to feed in a neutral and run the stat 120v but wish could just use the wiring already available in the freezer evap.
ОтветитьI love you. thanks
ОтветитьNow throw in the K2 control🤮, all my supply houses sell them with new boxes, hated them at first, but saves a lot of time
Ответитьgreat explanation.
ОтветитьYea
ОтветитьMuch appreciated! I am in my last semester of hvac school and we have a walk-in freezer that hasn't run in years. We have a new instructor and much of our training is self taught. This video should help our group get this mistreated freezer back online! lol
ОтветитьI believe this was the video I was inquiring about🙏🏾
Ответитьthank you for you video. I have a question for you , most of the time on the job. who is responsible for wiring the timer and the evaporator coil. Electrical contractor or mechanical contractor. thank you sir
ОтветитьCovered this in trade school a lifetime ago, but with no "hands on" experience, remained a bartender for far too long.
Had been in F&B operations for 35 years, barback to management, got bored with pushing paper and for the past five years to chase the blues, as a sideline distraction, have been more or less handling most of the fridge work, (with varying degrees of success and flaming failures) at a horse race track / music venue where I still spend more time pushing paper.
Attended Bryan Orr's first symposium pre-pandemic and met Dick Wirz.
40 years later...watching your back of a cocktail napkin scribbles with free verse keeping it real rambling video has connected more of the dots between my ears than any of all the above.
Be well amigo, would love to ride shotgun with ya one early morn!
I'm installing a condensing unit with 2 evaporators. Can I wire both evaporators to the defrost timer or do I need to go through contactors ?
ОтветитьOMG BRO IVE NEVER HEARD YOU SING BEFORE 😂😂😂😂💯💯 THAT WAS BAD ASS LOW KEY😂
ОтветитьThanks for this great information . I learn a lot of this . But i need some information how to wiring the reach in freezers because it has a lot of relays and controls
ОтветитьWell explained! Simple, easy to understand. Spoken like a good journeyman! Thanks!
ОтветитьAwesome video, thank you
Ответить🇹🇷🤳👍🛠️ nice Job
ОтветитьFunky munky explain thats it ….
ОтветитьWhere would you wire in your condensate line heater in this application?
ОтветитьGreat, now demonstrate one of these new improved computerized marvels !
ОтветитьThank you for the vid Dave!!
Ответить😎. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьFantastic!
Thanks for making!
Good video thanks
ОтветитьBro this was so awesome! I now completely understand basic freezer wiring. Thank you so much. :)
ОтветитьGood video Dave. Can you do with a 3 phase condensing unit.
Ответитьgreat job of explaining that one !!!
ОтветитьNice video I need to wire up a evaporator coil tonight and I don't know how to do it but you're giving me a good lesson
ОтветитьFavor bro can you make a vedio in condencer. thank you
ОтветитьNice setplay bro..
ОтветитьThank you so much for this great information. I have a question about reach in freezer box the wiring box before to the main control in the condeser. Some relay and a control of wires
Ответить"In the funky monkey lamest terms"😂😂
I understand
Thank you for making these videos to help new techs like myself
Another schematic you nailed it
