Sad that "influencers" use these types of metrics for videos. RAM usage is pretty much dependent on how the system is tuned. I'd rather have a responsive system using more ram because it's keeping things in buffers/cache than a slow system that shows "75% of my ram is unused". if you build a system with Ngb of RAM, you want the OS and applications to use "most" of the RAM. I'm not going to argue that "free ram is wasted ram", I'm just saying that a properly tuned system will utilize available RAM for making things execute faster.

For some reasons seems Debian started using swap... The total memory considering it seems to me do not change much (I've seen just the last test of the video)
