Well explained but at the end of the video where you have opened the e-return for us there is a negative value meaning that it is a refund. How did it come about and during filing it was zero.

what if i have withholding tax

i have a challenge on filing year 2022 return. This is mainly due to the monthly NHIF tax rebate . when you fill in the page for Life Insurance it doesn't compute the rebate applicable on its final page which should automatically register in the return computation...

My question is,why is it hard for kra to give back the refund amount to the account numbers in the dialogue form when someone aplies for it??i have tried twice they have never refunded...
