These shoes have been great. I’m at 250 miles. Need to order another pair soon. Should I get another or go with maybe the novablast 3 that’s now on sale?

Is it a good shoe for the walk?

These shoes make me feel like I’m walking on the outside of my feet. I never feel like I need inner arch support but I feel like these shoes make my foot naturally buckle inwards unless I’m conscientious about each step and then it feels like I feel this weird pressure on the outside of my foot like I’m balancing on that part of my foot only .

The Clifton 9 felt so much different on my foot compared to the 8. The second I slipped my foot into the 8 I felt relief. The second I slipped into the 9 I was like oh I don’t like the way that feels on my heel. Sad they changed the heel cup.

Is it good for gym training?

Will you recommend this for someone recovering from PTTD?

Clifton 9, mach 5 for daily training currently running on endorphin speed 2 which i love any input is appreciated

Is it good for wide feet?

I picked up the Clifton 9 and they are now my daily trainer...i am quite happy with them

KoFuzi, Mach 5 or Clifton 9?

Hi there Kofuzi, I'd like to ask, Clifton 9 has got two options, one being Vibrant Orange (WIDE) and the other being Coastal Sky/All Aboard. I am considering getting my first ever Clifton, but I wonder if Wide ones would suit me, considering I don't have wide feet.
I just like the vibrant orange more.

What would you recommend here?

About to purchase the Novablast 3, how do they compare?

Love your reviews! I feel like Nike (invincible 3), ASICS (nimbus 25), and Hoka (clifton 9) all released these max cushion new versions at the same time this year haha.

I’m not a big fan of the Clifton9. It feels really close to the Bondi. Too much stack height in my opinion. It feels a little unstable to me.

I am contemplating which shoes to buy, clifton 9 or novablast 3, for my easy, recovery, and maybe some workout runs.

I have put on both the clifton 9 and novablast 3 to get a sensing of the feel. Clifton 9 felt a lot more bouncier and cushioning with rocker feel, while novablast 3 is cushioning, but I feel it is a bit more on the firmer side. What do you think?

I'm looking for full day shoes, can I go with clifton ?

Thanks for the review. I know you've said in the past that you've had knee issues. Do you find that running in something like the Clifton 8/9s that have lower drops (5 mm) compared to the Novablast 3 (8 mm) alleviates some of the pressure on the knees ?

Thanks Kofuzi. Do you think that running shoes are made for different situations and that you recognize medium cushion shoe for a 1 mile a day trainer? So that you seek and review to guide persons to a half marathon and marathon the majority of the time. Not to be rude; a bunch of marathon runners taking over shoe reviews. Unknowingly? Have you heard of small person that likes a half mile jog cause of pain? 5'5 male? Thanks. Exercise gets a great feeling! Smoking causes cancer chew gum for 3 min.! Righteousness!

clifton 7 is quite enough

Great review. I feel the same - snappier than the 8. It’s been one of my favorite versatile/any workout shoe.

Is it better to pick Clifton or Bondi for a case of plantar fasciitis and general heel pain beneath the calcaneus bone? I should get decent shoes ASAP.

Does the Novablast 3 have the rocker feeling that you described in the Clifton 9? The falling off the step feeling?

I’ve tried on the Clifton 8 and the arch tends to dig into my foot. I have a pretty flat foot and have heard others complain about the arch. Do you think I would have better luck with the Clifton 9, or should I go with the Arahi or Bondi?

I don’t have a wide foot every shoe I have worn has fitted me perfectly for the normal width size. Loved the Rincons 2 & 3 but the Clifton 8’s were a lot more narrow in the heel section so hoping these might fit better

Haven´t tried the Clifton yet but maybe I consider it when I go to buy my next daily trainer. My options would be Novablast or Pegasus but who knows..

For some reason the Clifton 8 always gives me blisters after just 5k. I have no idea why, and it's the only shoe that does that. I hate it
