Hey? im called Molly and im a 13 year old karate black belt and vegetarian. Thats it really. Im just trying to better myself tbh. Uh yea i did a really difficult workout today, im self isolating so had a lot of time to kill. I wound up doing 30 minutes of kpop dancing, 30 minutes of an intense Gigi Hadid workout and then this to finish up. Im gonna try do the whole 30 days as im new to yoga but it seems alright so far to be honest.

ОтветитьI've been doing your other 10 minute morning stretch for months then I ended up stopping and tried someone else's 30 day challenge I felt very unmotivated and it didn't really feel "beginner friendly" but then I see you made one and I instantly felt connected because I knew that you will understand the struggles for new beginners how to work our body but not too much so that we can feel comfortable and I love that about you. so thank you so much ( P.S Day 1 is done)
