Is this build still viable in 3.19 now that recombinators are much rarer?

Man I need help. I'm using barrage support but Im literally healing the bosses with it. I do more damage with hypothermia on bosses. I'm not joking I fight guardians and the red exarch and with barrage literally their health bar recharging. I have to swap to hypothermia and then I kill them. Help!! No one can explain me if it is a bug or what

There are various changes in 3.19, including the removal of the Recombinator, is this build still viable for 3.19?

So it looks like we are losing the Boots added dmg per Dex mod, 9% base crit from Brittle, the 10% of life as extra ES, Multi fracture Items and the possibility of getting the Grasping Mail AS per Dex onto another Body. All of that is probably around 80% less damage as well as significantly lowered ehp. Will you give us some thoughts on this build now or after patchnotes?

Loved your ea ballista build. spent so much time on it trying different things with it for my play style. Like it so much I'll probably league start with it next league if not nerfed. Don't like it for bossing though so I'm working on this build. Hoping to have it up and going soon. so far kinda a mix between this build and the budget build. 2 rings left to craft and then all my gems and jewels. looking forward to trying it out. keep up the good work with the builds.

Nice iteration of the build but my question would be: in a league setting without recombs, which is coming up - you are basically going back to the cookie cutter items depending on what new crafting is added - is this still viable as an inqui or would you just go back to str stack vs regular dex stack hiero? Edit: I played your Str Stacker with Replica Iron Commander and really enjoyed that this league, and I like totems in general so always looking out for new ideas :)

The boots are the problem here. I've been this build since literally the day before Palsteron's first video.
Boots that are blue with just the cold damage per dex are 15 ex base.

Half the builds dps comes from these boots and it definitely feels like the market "prepared" for this.
Historically these boots were selling for a few c, then this video series came out. I'm at the point with my build where I need to convert from the base uniques ( wildwrap, garukhan's flight, astramentis ) to these wildly expensive rares to get beyond 5m dps.
5M Dps is great in theory, except it's not enough to delete bosses, and since you can't take more than 1 hit, this character is literally rotting while I farm on another character.
