Currently on Day 25 of 30 Day Juice Fast. I had one slip up day where I ate two small bags of cashews and a chocolate Cliff bar and regretted immediately because it hurt my tummy so bad! 😂😝🙈

Watching this makes me want to cry because I know this is the type of transformation im being guided to take. I'm not sure if it's a juice fast, but it's definitely a fast, and im not sure for how long, but i know it has to happen in order for me to experience the breakthrough needed.

I just got my first juicer today 12/23/23. Perfect for Christmas. I have no idea where to start as far as what to juice first. I got my juicer for free using credit card points. I ordered one and they sent me two of them 😅. I need some simple recipes to start. I want to try a week for now to see if I can make it. Excited and nervous at the same time.

Please can you give me a guide on how to break my 90-days juice fast?. Am done with my 90 days juice fasting, but because I didn't know the proper way to break it, am experiencing serious pain and bloating.

Super helpful. Im worried about trauma recall. I eat often to stuff or manage emotions. But I've recently decided, what comes up isn't new, I already feel that way. Like any mess it's better to clean it up rather than sitting in it.
