I want to preface this by saying that I think this is a good tune, but the hypocrisy of the lyrics is apparently lost on the dipshit band. The reason they changed their name is BECAUSE of the "connotation" of the word slave. Ergo, they changed it because they were worried about offending people or, (god forbid in this day and age) coming of as "insensitive"... Like what? They're weren't called The N*ggers. If anyone can't handle the name of a band being "The Slaves" they can fuck right off. I'm a fucking slave. I'm a wage slave, as most of us are. So yeah them changing the name because it could be deemed as "offensive" to some and then insulting a bunch of people that called out their pussy move is some pretty hefty hypocritical shit.
And the name Soft Play is shit. They should have changed their name to "The Masters" and really stirred the pot lol
