Hey, i tried this method, but I do not get into the boot menu. it flashes something similar up for a very short time, but it then restarts - sometimes it then works properly, but right now, I can't connect to some apps. They do start like normal, but as soon as they started fully, i lose connection.
Any idea what to do except send it in (as we do not have samsung care stores here).
