Parece uma cidade fantasma. Um ponto positivo é que você nunca irá que irritar no transito.

I lived in downtown Tulsa in the late 60's and early 70's. Totally different downtown! Didn't recognize much. What happened to the Cimarron Ballroom?

Tulsa has miserable weather. I think that's why the majority of people there are fat. No one wants to go outside.

They are either at work. At home, at a restaurant or running an errand instead of aimlessly driving through the warehouse sector.

While watching this video all I could think about was the massacre. This was once the black wall street. I wonder what It would have been like today had it been left alone to thrive. I'd never visit because I'd just cry the whole time. That trauma lives in the DNA of every black person. 😔

So, you visit downtown Tulsa on the day after Thanksgiving, when the vast majority of downtown offices are closed for the day, and your title screen asks, “Where is Everyone?”. Gosh, I wonder! It’s a mystery!

Did a Chernobyl like nuclear disaster happen there or something? I don't think I've ever seen a major US city so devoid of moving vehicles or humanity. I might have counted 4 people walking around in the whole video. Just looks very bizarre to me...

I lived in Tulsa, and worked in the aerospace industry. I have nothing but great memories of the people there. The only thing I did not care for was the weather. If I had a choice between Texas or Tulsa, I would pick Tulsa. I recall my first thanksgiving there, people I did not know invited me over to their home for dinner. It has lot of southern hospitality charm there. You do need a car there, and Tulsa is very different than Oklahoma city.

I moved here from suburbs of Cleveland ohio and while there was much more to do up there the benefits of living here are far greater. We have one of the most affordable housing markets, the traffic is never horrible, there’s still plenty to do, the community is largely friendly, plenty of safe neighborhoods, weather isn’t bad (fall lasts a long time, winters are short and the entire city shuts down for even an inch of snow lol) and the city is pretty. Good place to live especially for those like me who love to travel so I don’t feel like I’m ever missing out

Lets see 🤔 the day after Thanksgiving and during the covid shutdown.............. l bet a lot of cities this size were like this in America in 2020. A lot of people who were able to travel were cooped up in house. Others were home with the day off or shopping were it was possible. Go there on a normal spring day this year in say mid April. One part of this video that should have shown the obvious was when he drove past the building having construction being done on it. Did you notice NO ONE WAS THERE THEY HAD THE DAY OFF.

One thing not mentioned by other commenters and ignored by Nick is that Tulsa is being engulfed by turnpikes (toll roads). Coming into or leaving Tulsa is difficult without paying a toll on some turnpike. Not so in OKC, where both I35 and I40 are FREEways north south east and west. But then all the important state politicians work and/or live in OKC. My single biggest objection about Oklahoma is the state commits highway robbery by forcing people pay to use their roads. No other state has as many miles of turnpikes, per capita. And the people of Oklahoma don't seem to understand that they're being ripped off.

You went downtown on Black Friday? Of course there would be nobody there. There are very few shops there & it’s a business area so most ppl would be off that day so it would be empty except for the homeless hanging out. The homeless shelters are down there so there are many homeless in that area

Very uninspired view of Tulsa . All the beautiful areas were excluded,
plus the gorgeous homes 🏠, shopping 🛍, culture, hills and suburban
areas. I grew up in Tulsa, but did relocate to Scottsdale, but I ever left
here, it would be Tulsa. Very liberal and LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. In fact was voted
one of the top 10 rated areas for my community to live. People take
pride in their homes , and are very friendly. 🙏🏻❤️You will love it here 🏆
