I just recently started playing a Brewmaster after playing Blood DK for years and holy shit there are so many more buttons! I really appreciate this video to simplify things
ОтветитьThanks mate your guide is short and sweet and now I have made a monk to try tanking for first time
ОтветитьHey, love your videos as they always set me on the right path for the beginning of each season!
What is your view on Black Ox Statue over White Tiger Statue? With a macro the 8 second AoE taunt feels too good to drop for the bonus damage.
Haven't played Brew since MoP... holy man theres so many buttons lol
ОтветитьI’m gonna go on a limb and say you’ve got it backwards for Bob and Weave. Taking Black Ox Brew is the safe pick, because it resets all your charges. It was useful some weeks in high m+ but overall, if you’re playing well and constantly in red stagger, Bob and Weave has a higher skill cap.
Ответитьweak aura link?
Ответитьwhy is monk the only tank class calling my name when I usually go for DH or DK.
ОтветитьSo I personally struggle with the massive amount of buttons that brew has to the point of forgetting that I even HAVE some of the CDs I do.. So I'm curious as to what your take would be on taking 'Press the advantage' over weapons of order to remove potentially two buttons and possibly a build more focused around dealing with bloat while also keeping survivability intact for reasonably high keys. Keeping in mind I personally don't really care about pushing beyond 20s on brew.
Your advice or a bit of insight from your perspective would be helpful since I am a little smooth brained.
(for 20+ I'll likely be on BDK anyway but I absolutely love playing brew just for the fun factor but don't want to stress my healer-friend out too much. Which I honestly do by just forgetting I have certain cooldowns.)

Oh dude thx for coming back to wow, great guide Tyvm, sub
ОтветитьAmazing! I want to play bm monk this season but ppl says he is not a good tank with the changes, should i avoid it and reroll to something else or he can be fine for 15~20 keys? Ty😊
ОтветитьTy for the brew
ОтветитьGood job man, love how quick and simple you made this.
Ответитьdamn brew about to get slapped in 10.2 most of the stuff is magical damage too
ОтветитьSolid guide king
ОтветитьJust one of the most well designed tank specs ever, such a shame it has not had its time to really shine balancing wise yet. (was good in BFA, but very different back then, also weaker than warrior).
Liked the guide very much!
One thing to add is - on bigger pulls with spread out packs you want to combine, you will want to breath of fire before engaging to activate charred passions, then you can gather up packs with spinning crane kick and roll, purifying brew once theyre somewhat stacked and keg smash. This is very useful when playing in higher keys, to keep aggro when gathering mobs, but not wasting keg smash and its brew reduction just to tag packs. (This of course assumes you are talented into charred passions and breath of fire reset for keg smash)
