Hey I have a question for other Start Engine users. So looking into Start Engine it seems pretty legit but I can't help feel a little bit unnerved by their platform. For example, when I click on view my investments and click on the links that show me proof of my investment, they show me a very unprofessional looking PDF certificate that says I own 500 dollars in Jet Token(one of the three companies I have invested in their platform). This doesn't even mention the amount of shares I own just a dollar amount. Is their anyway I can get some kind of official documentation that I am infact the owner of the shares. I understand that this gets tracked by the companies themselves, should I reach out to them for further help?

Yeah but so far I found that start engine can't even keep your password current. And when you try to reset it you get an Error Code!

A friend of mine who invested using StartEngine about 10 months ago, is looking to pull out his profits. I have looked all over the internet and on the company’s website as well and we have no idea how to sell the shares.
