I still get the following error:, any thoughts on how to remove it:

Doubt, does this delete or alter the previously existing startup config(other than baud rate)?

do you need to use a RJ45 to USB console cable for this to work? or a USB to USB console cable will work as well?

Below is my command:
copy xmodem:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.06.02.SPA.bin flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.06.02.SPA.bin

but I received an error called the xmodem operation already closed by remote peer. Tried flash_init also cannot. Do you have any idea on it?
