How to set the PG/PC interface in Windows 10 during the WinCC V7.5 installation process.

I have a problem....I tried to install wincc explorer v7.4 and open it but it keeps sending me an error about couldn't connect the server and I tried every available solution I know to fix it like sql 14 configuration but nothing seems to be working at all and I am stuck. Please help me
