Love the TSR2! Have it in my bag and am not surprised by the results here. Absolutely the best driver I’ve ever hit.
ОтветитьJust ordered the TSR2. Had the G430 Max, but I think I got fit wrong and it didn't feel right.
ОтветитьWho cares about ball speed?, who cares about launch angle?
The important thing is where is the ball on your second shot.
We need tests from people that have swing speeds around 90.
ОтветитьThe headline is High MOI drivers test. The guy is hitting a lot of the shots in the center of the driver. Pointless. Find a high handicapper if you want to test high MOI…
ОтветитьWhat shafts are you using?
ОтветитьGreat stuff guys!
Can you do a comparison with a new, a 5 year old, and a 10 year old driver; just to see the difference.
You could do a whole series, with each brand.
Especially as you do a lot of 2nd hand stuff as well.
I’m just a big brand loyalty kinda guy so I gotta go with Taylormade 👌🏽
ОтветитьThere probably isn't a bad driver in the bunch. Even the Mizuno is good this year! For me its Titleist but the ping sure was close. The Taylormade seems a bit delicate (lots of people popping the face off). I liked the Callaway Rogue ST LS◇◇◇ but the new paradym is too ugly.
ОтветитьStill waiting for the Paradym X review and coverage. It wasn't even covered in the Paradym Driver video earlier.
ОтветитьWaiting on my TSR2 to come in. 5 mph faster than the G430
ОтветитьWhere is Thomas? This guy is unwatchable.
ОтветитьNow that is a great shirt. I like Kevin being on.
Ответитьnice review 👍, unfortunately tour edge exotics E723 was not included.
ОтветитьUmm 1.51 smash is not allowed he mentioned the senior tour better hope they don’t test your club because you will get DQ’ed for that. Plus him hitting the ping first I think screwed it for swing speed his first swing was 105 with it and by the 4th he was at 108
ОтветитьHow come no Tour Edge or Wilson driver?
ОтветитьThe lower swing speed and ball speed on the Mizuno are likely attributed to the slightly shorter shaft length they use. When I swapped from my old 45.75 inch driver and got a new mizuno I immediately lost around 2 mph swing speed and a few mph ball speed. But gained a lot of consistency and total distance as result - so got a good net gain.
ОтветитьI game the Titleist TSR3 9 degree head with a graphite design tour ad iz 60 x shaft and it is incredible! Don't see myself in the driver market for several years, and by several I mean 5+ years minimum.
ОтветитьI dont want my driver to be consistent if it is consistently inferior to the best drivers. That is what I always experience with mizuno, srixon, and other less known brands. They are just consistently slower and shorter than Taylormade, Callaway, Cobra and Titleists last few generations. Ping make great clubs but I just never get along with their drivers. I usually get slightly lower ball speeds and distance but the look and feel is usually really bad, atleast to my eyes and ears.
ОтветитьOn which one you will rely on this narrow long par 4??? The longest !? 🫣
ОтветитьMizuno 230 ST-X outdid them all for me. Looks best too.
ОтветитьIs it just me or is the Ping tour 2.0 chrome shaft super whippy? Is the tour black more like the Tour 65 from prior years?
ОтветитьTSR3 baby
ОтветитьNot surprised about the Titleist results. Been gaming the TSR3 8 degree and it is hands down the best driver I have ever hit. 🙌🙌🙌
ОтветитьHigh handicappers novice hear .. why is high ball speed reveered yet that higher speed doesn't seem put it much further in distance
ОтветитьHaving just bought and played the TSR2 … it is ridiculous … I feel like I miss the face entirely and get a 270 total when my previous “best hits” with my Cobra SZ would be 285…my best with the TSR is gross and it’s hard to miss the fairway…combine that with the looks, sounds, adjustability and feel - there’s a reason every fitter goes gaga over it!
ОтветитьJust by numbers and dispersion, easy win for the G430 Max
ОтветитьWow, the Ping's dispersion was just amazing.
ОтветитьGreat stuff here guys 😊
