I need to track accrual and usage of sick time for employees based on actual hours worked. For every 40 hours worked, they accrue 1 sick hour. How is this done in google sheets under the total hours?

I need your help in google sheet, how to insert blank row formula/automatically between data in google sheet.
For Example :
I have my working data on google sheet with 7 columns a thousand rows and in my 4th column has a city's name and I want to insert a blank row after the city's name change in my google sheet.
Excel has that option to select the whole sheet and insert a blank row but I am a new user of google sheet and it's difficult for me for my work.

hey i have a serious and important question about a project I'm working on... long story short , I have a checklist of materials that have at least 3 separate columns of different information.. what i need is to be able to move any checked items too a different area or a new page entirely.. so basically if something is checked off i need that item along with the 3 columns of info it comes with, to be projected somewhere else in a "owned" category

How do you add 30 days to the date in a certain cell?For example, one cell has a start date and the next cell should be the date 30 days after the start date. I also need it to calculate a deadline, which is the last day of the month that would be 30 days after the start date. I hope that makes sense. If my start date is January 10, the 30 days date would be Feb 9, and the deadline date would be at the end of that month, so Feb 28. Can you please help me figure out a formula?
