That last one brought me to tears. Honestly I got my cat from somebody else. And he's always been really shy. My girl cat passed away and they got along. So i feel like he gets lonely. He's not agressive just really shy.

I adopted a cat of this breed from rescue. Same hit, BAD bite/scratch run tactics for 3 months. I'm an experienced pet owner and had tried everything. Began taking video for Jackson's show, including my injuries. Then tried time out in cat carrier in another room after every incident (started with 15 min didn't work, 30 min didn't work, 45 min didn't work). One hour worked. Intermittent incidents for 2 weeks, then stopped. No talk, straight to carrier, set timer for one hour. Now she's my love bug. One incident in past 5 years. A smart breed, but nervous and stubborn. Jackson is right. The cat wants to "hang on". The worst punishment was for her not to be with me for one hour. BTW, this is (typically) an ONLY CAT breed unless socialized since birth, and owners should know this.

I feel so bad for Calvin. If you're going to constantly be gone for extended periods of time, get a fish. Yes, cats generally don't need as much attention as dogs, but they still need attention.

Jackson is called a cat expert, but honestly, he's just as much a human expert. And he needs to be more that, because when the issue is in the cat, vets usually catch and fix that. When the issue is in the owner, there's nothing vets can do about that and all Jackson needs the cat for is just to hear and see what is wrong. And sometimes he doesn't need even the cat.

Euthanizing any animal is not okay...I looked looked of the definition and it's a humane way of killing your pet.... Killing anything is not humane And i don't allow it to take place

Also I love his videos. They provide so much useful info to new cat guardians.

His "Oh my gawd you're so weird" makes me laugh every time.

He has amazing tips and pointers but also amazing vibes, he just gets cats and it's crazy how he wins them over consistently.

Cats are super complicated and he has the gift of being able to see what they need to thrive. Wish we had more folks like him to help humans like that. You're an absolute legend Jackson!

My cat, it’s so unpredictable I don’t know when he’s gonna bite it just happens or scratch. I’ve been spending a lot of time with him and play with him and he’s doing a whole lot better than ever, he still does a lot. Now he will let me pick him up, but I need to make sure he’s OK with that. He he gets treats i use the toy I spend a lot of time with him every day great. Well I’m at my desk he jumped on the chair and then jumped on my deskAnd stay there until I need to space then I pick him up and put them on my bed. How do I address the bitting and scratching.
