ОтветитьThis is very similar to a Hispanic fish from Puerto Rico called pastallijos (butchered that spelling) only difference is for the Hispanic fish you add a good hard aged cheese like cheddar.

ОтветитьI just made Chebureki today! It had Canola oil instead of Sunflower oil, Elk instead of Milk maker and no vodka, but it was still the best thing ive ever cooked for the first time!

ОтветитьFunnily enough when I made these they ended up being raw in the middle apparently there is such a thing as too big of a cheburek.
