Foreskin restoration IS possible but it just gives you a layer of tissue around your glans and has the same quality as the remaining prepuce kept below. The actual tissue is lost forever. Worst genital reduction surgery, even an idiot will say no. We all have right to intact genital, please do not damage your penis like this.

I am uncircumcised guy. First i have not tight foreskin, when i started Penis Pumping then i got Phimosis (Tight) for skin. My foreskin can not retract comfortabley during sex. I feel lot of pain during foreskin retracting & during sex. So next time I will never use penis pumping for penis enlargement.
