The rice should be served first so that it could be eaten with vegetables & beef.Serving the rice afterwards dosent make any sense.

I felt bad for the poor little abalone, but would definitely try the rest of the meal. It was so artfully done and very relaxing to watch. For me, this experience would absolutely be worth the price.👍🏾

Wagyu was a yes, everything else was a nope. Hate albone with a passion ever since I mistook it for chicken noods.

:/ It's one thing to watch someone rip a crab in half or chop a chickens head off - it's food, I get it.
But to salt a living thing like you would a snail or slug and leave it there to squirm until you finally let it go? That's messed up man. It's not the act of deleting it, it's the leaving it there for amusement of moving around ooo ahhh exciting that's gross.

Love this chef. Lots of things to admire but one that stuck out to me was his stylish salting technique. It's like Salt Bae but with genuine talent, and I think you actually get what you're paying for with this.

Somebody long ago once saw an abalone and said to themselves, "I'm going to eat that". How brave did they have to be?
