When doing 3D flowers on top of gel polish , will I need to wipe with alcohol to cure or will I need to use a matte top coat for the 3D flower to stay?

I tell you what!! practice makes perfect and you are beyond perfection because I am struggling with my flowers. Look like a baby try to do my nails lol but yes I am practicing. I’ve been doing is trying to do that for years and I’m just now starting to work Acrylic I just got it. Oh and I bought a nail set by Kiara sky her stuff is beyond it is expensive but it is well worth us money👍🏾

Can this kind of acrylic sculpting only be done on a fully acrylic nail or can it be done on top of gel too? Like can you mix mediums or does it have to be acrylic on acrylic?
