This is Shitzzard quality
ОтветитьWell... ban the people buying gold
ОтветитьReport the bots! They’re taking action pretty quick now it seems. I reported 2 bots and received 2 letters saying thank you for reporting them.
ОтветитьAt least in SoD right now there’s almost no benefit to buying gold. You don’t need the gear to do BFD because it’s so easy, and even if you did have the gold there’s not much to spend it on.
ОтветитьThe amount of level 16 rogues I see flying from the Sepulcher every time I get there is INSANE !
ОтветитьI'm amazed most people don't know this kind of gigs. It was already prevalent way back. I mean way way back. There are literally big companies who are doing this for business purposes. All the game you can think of that could generate income, they have it. And take note, this is not only 1 company. In Asia, this is a booming business. Even the game you thought that there are no bots, you are mistaken.
Ответитьwhy does everyone call them chinese gold farmers? how do we know where the bots are from??
ОтветитьLol team management at its finest.
ОтветитьMan that is half of the WoW user base.
ОтветитьEvery single game has gold buying...check those websites, every game is on there. You can't play a game without bots, and if they sell currency in game then it's P2W anyway
ОтветитьBotting is free you dont even need to pay a sub, if you buy $9USD worth of chinese gold, you get enough to buy the wow token and usually a 30% gold (of the total bought with usd) left, so if you have a gold farm, you have endless gold, so no need to buy the wow sub with real money.
ОтветитьPoor people getting smarter to steal back money into their pockets, I don't like it either, but the world has become so greedy. I can't blame them at this point.
Ответитьan my brother cant play in my server cause its blocked.... WTF blizzard
Ответитьthey got the money to hire. I Feel ZERO Pitty about some CEO that makes 100M a day Losing 500k a day to improve his money maker. and i higgghly doubt would cost 500k a day to hire some GMs to catch bots. its like feeling bad for elon musk having to pay $2 extra on gas. now if it was small company game that actually did struggle. I Could accept they would have to spend to much money. but blizzard CEOs could burn 500M by mistake and not even be near hurt on cash.
Ответитьthey are not paying to sub them. they use gold to sub and buy accounts. that and chinese use stolen credit cards/accounts. But it is profitable. when i Botted wow i was smakingg a good 6-7k USD a week with just 10-20 accts........But now with gold being So Worthless. you prolly need 200 accounts to make that a week lol
ОтветитьIt's almost like stereotypes exist for a reason and are proven correct everyday
ОтветитьThey can just automate the bans. You just write code that flags accounts doing stuff like playing 24/7, and sending large amounts of gold through the mail system. Get a list of a few thousand, and hire one person to review, and figure out if they're legitimate players. Back in vanilla on my server it was one guy that controlled the AH, and you just filter those people out.
ОтветитьJust block people who are in Asia to stay on their own servers
ОтветитьAnd i got banned in game today due to "Hacks" but only what i did, were farming Cursed Sailors by myself and farmed around 422 gold thanks to selling silk cloths etc... i tried to buy Mantle of Thieves and Troll's Bane Leggings :D but guess what i got whispered by envy nerds like "gold buyer..." etc... and thanks to multireport system i got automaticaly banned :D Actualy i have proofs like process history from microsoft etc... also they can check my chats due to entire day, my acting or city visiting etc... i hope they take action soon, and punish these mfking fake reporters. Waste of time fr.
ОтветитьCant understand how this people dont get banned. I mean blizzard just need to check the daily playtime. And if there is an account that is logged ingame for like 48h just ban him. Like wtf, how hard could it be.......Its so easy to detact bots. They just give a sh about it because the overall player number would drop like 75% if they get rid of the bots lol.
ОтветитьI disagree with farming on your own. You farm in order not to pay those farmers. It's kinda buycott
ОтветитьBut really is worth to pay the subscription of like 50 accounts??
ОтветитьIf blizz ban all these acc at the same time, the farmer would be fucked... 😂
ОтветитьBlizzard does not care about bots but square enix will ban a bot within 1 min of being reported I reported a bot in wow sod and an hr later nothing bot was still there
ОтветитьDid he even factor in all the subs that would cost per account thats the remaining profit...
ОтветитьIn a recent video interview with an ex-employee GM of Blizzard, he stated many bot accounts aren't even paid for by the bot farmers. They aquire them via stolen accounts, tokens, and other means so that cost isn't even there.
Ответитьthey probably work for blizzard
ОтветитьBLIZZARD KNOWS THAT THERE'S A SIGNIFICANT
MARKET FOR THE BOTTERS PRODUCT.
THEY'RE GOING TO BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT
MESSING WITH THAT!
64 PER SCREEN
ОтветитьWOW IS AN OLD WOODEN HOUSE
PRIMARILY HELD TOGETHER BY
TERMITES AND SAWDUST!
THEY HAD A CHANCE TO KEEP
THE GAME VITAL/PROGRESSIVELY
MAINTAINED...BUT THAT COSTS MONEY!
THEY OPTED TO FEED THE TERMITES
INSTEAD!
wow sucks these days anyways
ОтветитьThese idiots are insane if they think they’re paying $15 a month. Gold is basically worth nothing on wotlk, a sub is 5k gold max on each server. They aren’t using any irl money for these accounts
ОтветитьBlizzard makes so much money off gold farmers/hackers why would they ever want to ban them?
Ответить£5000 a month. And there is the issue. Blizzard is making thousands from every one of these gold sellers. They're effectively taking a cut.
ОтветитьJust make authenticator mandatory, with 1 phone for 1 authenticator. If he wants to make 5600 bots, we will not only need 5600 accounts, he will also need to have 5600 phones close to him, with clicking on each one for the account link to it.
Dude, there's a lot of easy things to do...
Ultima Online tried volunteers, and they got sued for unpaid labor, so Origin dissolved all the counselor and companion programs. I don't think any other games have done it since.
ОтветитьVery easy solution...Limit farming and selling of the same items per day...
ОтветитьChinese reading rules XD
ОтветитьThey could literally just hire 2 or 3 people per server and bots would be gone
ОтветитьBlizzard wants bots to make money so they keep making new accounts eeven at 100k bots banned a month that's 1.5 million a month blizzard makes banning them and letting them come back at minimum
ОтветитьNo wonder blizzard doesn't stop the botting problem, its half their wow sub revenue lmao
ОтветитьIt's hilarious because each banned account = another digital subscription purchased = blizz doesn't care.
ОтветитьThey also might be using virtual machines.
ОтветитьLike I said before, no one plays WoW, it's all bots and a small number of dual boxers.
Ответить64 acc in 1 monitor
6 monitor have 384 acc
--------------------------------------
the bot cost 20 dolar
the bot make 15g per hour with mage
15g x 24hours : 360g
384 acc x 24hours : 138.240g
384 acc x 30 days : 4.147.200g
10g now in wow sod you sold for 0.80 cent
4.147.200g x 0.80 = 331.776 dol
each acc need 1 bot of 20 dolar - dat bot is 30days, need to buy every 30 days
384 x 20 : 7680
331.776 - 7680 : 324.096
MONEY PER MONTH : 324.096 $
i see them farming all the time. lots of hunters farming cloth. lots of druids farming herbs. this completely destroys the economy... this is why EVERYTHING is so expensive. and nothing you farm or can make seems to be worth anything... bots can always do it better. dont think they aren't eating everything on the AH as well, and reposting it. this is nutso.
ОтветитьI'm confused why Blizzard pitched wow tokens to people as a way to combat botters when it gives them an avenue to pay for their subs with the gold their earning in abundance which actually increases their profits! Nice Blizzard!
ОтветитьGuild Wars 2 allows to buy gems and convert them to gold and on the same way they allow you to convert ingamegold to gems with a slightly lower rate. What does this do for the game?
1. everything beside the expansions is available through ingame gold beside all the stuff you need to play the game for of course (most legendary items for example are bound to achievements, storyprogression and other ingame stuff)
2. Gold sellers have a legal competition they need to keep in mind which is easy to use.
3. The game limits how much gold you can send to other players which makes it extremly hard for gold sellers to compete with the legal option players have.
4. only people who bought the game are allowed to exchange gold for gems while there is no limitation to gems for gold however the purchase power of gold is also quite stable and it is quite easy to earn ingame so their is really no big need to exchange gems for gold in the first place.
5. The power of gold furthermore is limited as while ther is technically some stuff ingame you will buy with gold you are more likely to exchange gold for gems anyway as the gemshop provides good skins or convenient and fun items to improve game mechanics for yourself like additional banktabs. Aside from that most gold is spend on materials needed for crafting, Gildenhousing decorations or to further improve the materials to resell them as some crafting is limited per day like specific Materials for the best in slot items.
All of this + limitations that make it harder to actually contact goldsellers lead to a market where gold seller are limited to act even while they only have a single account to buy with no fees.
Of course there are stil bots in the game but on a level you could barely sense and players can quite easely report and block them. In fact the only times I came across bots and goldsellers in the last 5 years was when I played on the f2p model with a second account for example (which by the way also not allow them to send you gold via mail system. ) when I met 1 goldseller who used a number of accounts to whisper in starting areas. It took less than 1 day to clean that up.
I hope that one day these game companies ban bots by pattern recognision
ОтветитьJust please, tell me, guys, for the sake of what are people BUYING that gold? What do they need it for? A supply must exist due to demand, so explain to me what people are spending this gold on in such quantities...
