Bit of a noob way to do it

I only have enough money for either this game or Resident Evil 4 remake…I’m leaning more towards this game because it looks more terrifying and the graphics look much better too..i wish I could get both….which one should I choose? I will get the game that the first person to reply to this comment tells me to get………….

1. dodging
2. the ability to turn around quickly like in God of War
