Day 4 and I notice the difference in waist line - yes already notice !!! I’m still getting out of breath but this is amazing - last night cooked a spaghetti bolognaise drained out all the fat and added a tin of green lentil it was delicious and filling ! Whilst it was cooking I did my workout 7 mins yes just 7 mins !! Thankyou Lucy you are a star 🌟

ОтветитьLove your videos. I'm 80 and did zumba before covid now walk every week but had stopped actually exercising. Doing your 7 min routine every day and feeling a bit stiff when. I wake up but determined to keep going. Had a big 80th birthday party and need a 90th!!

1rst two days: feeling energetic. Third day: tired, sore muscles, need to do the low impact version. Better control in everyday movements (kneeling down, getting up). Fourth day: body screams for a quit ("Don't even start!!!"). AFter a whole day of sitting, and giving it another try, feeling energized again.

I love your workouts Lucy! These are fun and make me feel full of energy. I have to get to work before 8am so just 7 minutes in the morning is amazing for me! At 56 years old I always hear that I need to do muscle stregthening exercises- do you have some of these too?

ОтветитьI am 66 and retired Apr 22. Never been sporty but thought I would try exercising on line as don't like routine of classes. Tried a couple of different trainers but after reading up on boosting metabolism - found you earlier this year. 7 minutes a day and dropped down from 80 to 72kg in a few months along with smaller portions and less bread and potatoes Inc gluten free home baked cookies. I feel and look much better and it has helped me focus on what I like doing. One thing I would say is BREATHING! I read up on correct breathing ie through nose and it makes it much easier exercising. You are a worthwhile person and deserve your place on this earth. I recommend you to everyone who bemoans their thickening waistline. 😮
ОтветитьAfter just 4 days I started niticing a difference and these are now the measurements after 1 week my chest was 40Inches now it's 38.7Inches ,mid waist was 37 inches now it's 35 inches and my waist was 42 now it's 39Inches
ОтветитьI’m actually getting addicted to this workout, something I never thought in would do. I’ve a couple of inches off my belly and bust and my pants are getting loose fitting. I have to wear a belt!!! Thank you!
ОтветитьI seemed to have developed a back pain (well known to me) during the 7 days, so I stopped for a few days and it disappeared. I have now started again. What am I doing wrong? I really focus on a straight back and keeping my tummy in.

ОтветитьThis is my 3rd day. I’m 65 and have a big belly and I hope this helps reduce it. On some of the moves I’m having a bit of a balance issue. I hope it’s ok for me to hold on to something while doing some of the leg kicks. I’m sure this will improve with practice. Yesterday after our workout I had some great energy and I started cleaning out my shed!!! A job I’ve put off for two years. I really like the preview box for the next movements. It’s a great help.

It is so so true exercise does make you feel better in yourself and I love listening to your words of encouragement and motivation that really helps me thank you

i am trying different workouts each day. i follow you since 2019. There is a gap in-between. when ever i want to feel great and comfortable you are there.
Today is my 3rd day of doing this one and 4min standing abs twice continuously. Feeling comfortable and fresh. Want to try your exercises everyday. nothing stop me doing these exercises. many many thanks. Feeling light, tight and toned. Keep it up your beautiful work.
