By far the best way to tie braided fishing line to fluorocarbon leader line is the FG knot the quick and easy. This is a review and quick tutorial of the Knot Assist 2.0. I've tried many ways and it gets the job done, but this device is worth it. The Uni to Uni knot is a good quick alternative but the strength and smoothness of the FG knot really can't be beat.
