Ocarina of Time is still the best. The feeling it gives is like you're at the dawn of civilization and myth. Like it could have been a forgotten ancient past to real life.

I bought my daughter an ocarina at a comic con. The next day I woke up to her playing songs on it lol. She plays violin and piano too though

The ocarina part and the part where the HT voiceover dude gives up on explaining where Ocarina of Time takes place exactly in the Zelda timeline still makes me laugh my ass off!

How the hell did we went from "You can smash and slice as many pots and grass as you want" to "your weapons are made from terracotta"?!

I swear playing Zelda causes me to want to break every pot I can in every other game that exicts.

The guy in windmill only knew the song of storms because Link taught it to him, but Link doesn't only learn the song from the Windmill guy. The song had it's origin in Termina, which in a different timeline Link must have traveled to and learned then taught to windmill guy, putting the Song of Storms in a quantum superposition of both being known and unknown to Link. You might think there's some casual loop at play, but Time is simultaneous, with timelines where Link did and did not learn the song existing concurrently.

So when is Majora's mask getting a honest trailer?

The learning the ocarina bit hit hard. I actually had ocarina lessons in primary school so when I first played ocarina of time I bought myself a working replica on ebay. But a 12 hole ocarina is much harder to play than a 4 hole one haha

In the Master Quest version, the Water Temple is one of the easiest. And some of the later dungeons require use of the Scarecrow Song

So I finally played and beat this game. And I think it's not as fun as the hype train made it out to be, or......It's because I first played it 22 years after it came out, so the novelty wore off
