Hello even in chat agent it needed to be logged in

I think they banned me cause they thought i was creating new accounts to abuse the voucher, in reality my main phone was broken so i forgot what app did i use to register my account with shopee so i created a new one and reclaimed my phone number but ended up seeing my account get suspended

Kuyyyyys!! My shopee account just got banned. Hayst 3am feels.... Yung akin naman is I repeatedly try to check out the 1peso new user deal then suddenly ganon na nangyari. Sobrang nanghinayang ako kasi may 100+ coins pa ako ang 350+ na balance sa shopee pay, and may mga orders to recieve na ako from 4 different shops... panooooooo??? 😭

Hi, good tutorials, we have summitted the appeal form, their responded as "Please be advised that upon verifying your account, we have noticed that you have been operating your account from cross border regions. However, such activity is not encouraged on our platform as there are chances of taking advantage against Shopee." But we never operating cross border regions, shopee nowadays just simply banning seller account as they wishes?
